At a Glance

Three rules cover most requests.

VRI matches the request to the actual registration, payment record, and applicable session dates before a decision is made.

If VRI cancels or cannot provide the guaranteed placement VRI initiates a full refund of payments attributable to that placement unless the family affirmatively chooses an offered transfer or future-program credit instead.
If a family chooses to withdraw before the program starts The standard refund amount depends primarily on when the request is received; the registration deposit is ordinarily excluded from the standard family-initiated refund amount.
Late or exceptional request There may be no standard refund; documented exceptions can receive individual review.

An approved exceptional circumstance or legally required remedy may still apply.

Request a Review

Start with the email used for registration.

After verification, VRI will show the registrations associated with that email so you can choose exactly which student, term, pathway, and session should be reviewed.

Secure Refund Review

Identify the registration.

You will not be asked for card numbers, bank-account numbers, security codes, passwords, or Stripe transaction IDs. VRI matches payment records securely after the registration email is verified.

VRI matches the selected registration to its payment record and governing session dates.

2 · Review

Apply the governing terms

The request date, program start date, payment history, placement status, reason, and applicable policy are reviewed.

3 · Decision

Confirm in writing

VRI makes the final decision. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor whenever practicable.
