Archive Standards
VRI reviews and de-identifies student research materials before public release. Student identity is excluded from the Public Research Archive and remains in restricted VRI records.
Student names and other direct student-identifying information are excluded from the Public Research Archive. A separate publicity or media permission does not override this rule. Certificates and authoritative completion records remain in VRI's restricted records.
